Because we refunded you $56.36, discounted you $50.00, and upgraded we could not refund you anymore money on this stay. Our night auditor allowed you to keep your credit and also upgraded you to Mountain Flame, which is a 3 bedroom cabin that rents for $200.00 more per night than what you were charged. All of our properties are equipped with a washer and dryer and guests are welcome to launder their towels if they choose to not come to the office. Most other companies expect you to launder them yourself during you stay. We offer this as a convience to our customers. We are one of the only cabin resort companies in the area to offer this service. They also can exchange their towels at our East location as well. Our West properties are only about 10 minutes away, and can conveniently reach our East office on the backroads using a backroad map we provide to our guests. Since our East cabins are all within a mile of the office, we do offer onsite towel exchange. We do have someone available 24 hours a day in our on site office on weekends.
